VineMigrator™ requires your data to be in Excel, CSV, or spreadsheet-based format. You will be responsible for collecting, organizing, formatting, and preparing your data for import, but don’t worry – we offer articles, videos, and live chat support within the application guide you along the way.

• STATIC/COLLECTION ITEMS: Import/Create/Update/Delete including any static or collection section in your template and all custom data fields. Supports special Filevine fields including Person Link, Due Date with Reminders, and Case Number
• CALENDAR: Import/Create/Delete including Title, All Day, Start & End Date/Time; supports matching for local time zone
• TIME & BILLING: Import/Create/Update/Delete Including time entries, expense entries, and payments
• USERS: Import/Create/Delete to your Filevine Org en masse

How to Purchase

Your payment today represents a deposit to access the tolling. Final costs are based on number of products or number of rows being processed at $0.10/per row of processed data. “Processed data” means any one row in any one job being run on VineMigrator.

• On Demand Usage: This pricing tier you are purchasing today is for the On Demand plan. You will be using the tool as a self-service platform.
• Marketplace Access Pricing: This Marketplace order is a $100 fee for VineMigrator access, enablement, and staging. All new VineMigrator accounts come with a 60-minute consultation for configuration and initial data runs.
• On Purchase: You’ll be invited to create your VineMigrator account. This is a secure process. Once you set a password, you will have instant access. Your billing plan will already be configured. The first step is to retrieve you Filevine API keys to insert into the Settings page on VineMigrator. Once your keys are configured, you can use the tooling!
• Support and Group Training:  We offer standing group training sessions each week for you to join, as well as a dedicated Support Center and chat support!
