Creating an Automated Email from a Task Completion in Filevine
In today’s Everyday Vine video, we are going to be demonstrating how you can create an automated, standard email that sends to your client when a particular task from the Filevine Project Feed is completed.
The key here is using hashtags within auto-tasks in Filevine! Our system will listen for tasks being created that have a particular hashtag you provide, and from there, you can apply any custom automated action you want – in this case, it will be a nice “thank you” email to the client for paying their invoice.
